When you inquire
The inquiry form asks for your property address, name and email, with optional phone and selling timeframe. I use the details you submit to respond to your property inquiry. Formspree processes and stores the submission and sends an email notification to me.

When you sign up for the guide
The guide signup asks for your email and an optional first name. The marketing consent checkbox starts unchecked and must be affirmatively selected before you can submit. Signup joins Chris Hill Properties’ list for the Excel calculator, PDF guide and future real estate insights and property updates.
Mailchimp processes your signup and email delivery. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Existing unsubscribes are not overridden by this website; follow Mailchimp’s confirmation steps where applicable.
My analytics does not receive your name, email or form answers. A successful signup is counted only after Mailchimp confirms subscription. A confirmation request or PDF click is counted separately. Mailchimp / Intuit privacy statement.
When you request the property questionnaire
After a home valuation or multifamily pricing inquiry is saved, you can download a blank fillable property questionnaire. You can submit the inquiry and download the PDF without joining an email list.
If you choose the optional email checkbox, Formspree shares your contact details and consent with Mailchimp to send the questionnaire and future real estate insights and property updates from Chris Hill Properties. The checkbox starts unchecked. Mailchimp emails include an unsubscribe link. Existing unsubscribes are not overridden by the website.
The inquiry records the wording and version of the consent you selected. Return the completed questionnaire to Chris by email; do not include account numbers, Social Security numbers or tenant personal information. Contact Chris to arrange another way to share sensitive records.
Optional Google Analytics
When enabled, Google Analytics measures page visits, pricing-button clicks, phone or email clicks, inquiry starts and confirmed form saves. My analytics code does not send your form answers or the query string of the page URL. A phone click measures the click, not whether a call was completed.
You can turn analytics off using Analytics settings in the footer. Your choice is stored in this browser. Turning analytics off does not prevent using the website or inquiry form.
Hosting and links
The hosting and form services process the technical requests needed to display the site and handle inquiries. Property presentations and other external links lead to sites with their own privacy practices.
